Details and previews coming this entire week on this revolutionary new action set that took over a year to create.

Are your skin tones ever off?

Is color correction something you struggle with?

Do you ever get color casts reflecting on your subject from other objects in the picture?

Are the whites of eyes, white dresses and blankets, and other white objects sometimes plagued with an annoying color cast?

Do you wish your sunset silhouettes looked more vibrant?

Do you sometimes blow out skies so that you can expose your subject correctly?

Do your photos need a little more crispness, contrast, or better light?

Do you wish you could bring out hidden colors just where you want them?

Do you wish you could make white backdrops truly white or black backdrops solid black?

I was wishing for your color cast removal the other day even though I haven’t even seen it in action. I had a snazzy red carpet totally reflecting up on a wedding dress and it was making me mental.

  38. Pam on September 29, 2009 at 11:30 pm

Jodi,You are sooooo bad! You dangled that carrot making me think I don’t care how much, I must have them! LOL!Can’t wait to see all of the previews.BTW – do you shoot sRGB or Adobe RGB? Jpeg or RAW? I’ve gotten a lot of conflicting information on this from books and seminars/workshops that I’ve attended. Since your finished product is what I would like to achieve I was just wondering.pam

  39. Dennis Mondido on September 30, 2009 at 2:57 am

Jodi, I’ve ticked ‘Yes’ to all of the questions! I have to buy them now :-}..But, is there more.. Btw, This is what i was wishing from Santa this year and it’s come sooner (hehe)..Great work!

  40. MCP Actions on September 30, 2009 at 8:56 am

Pam – I shoot sRGB (even for that commercial Tamron assignment I did). I do shoot Raw. I was a Jpg shooter for years, so usually I do not need to rely on Raw. But it is there for me (the extra info and detail) if I need it.

  41. Alisa Conn on September 30, 2009 at 9:28 am

I don’t see my first reply in here but did see the second…so I putting this back in for my first entry. What I love about MCP Actions is that they save me time. I use them on every image I process. I have built my own action that runs the actions I use on each image…both Jodi’s paid and free actions. LOVE them. Hope to win this and add the new ones to my workflow. Or to make enough money this year to justify purchasing the new set.
