I downloaded the software just fine and everything works OK until I select the color dodge the picture does not look white. What am I doing wrong?

ANSWER :-
STEP 1
yes it still can be used. please download the file and unzip it in your photoshop action (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Presets\Photoshop Actions)
STEP 2
- open your photoshop
- open any image
STEP 3
- load action and select the file that you have unzip
FINAL
- click PLAY button and it will automatically convert your photo to sketch
