I’m definitely lacking exposure experience.
The aspect of my photography that needs work is focus! I always go out trying to get nice sharp photos and they always seem a little soft. Would love help in this area!
I am still struggling with the technical side. I have days where I just rock a session and love everything and other days where I just feel like my work is mediocore at best. Ughh.

I feel I need to better understand how to use lighting when outside the studio. Plus marketing, I really really really need to be better at this.

Personal interaction with other photographers and critique of my work. And hands on working with a Mentor.
I feel that the equipment selection and proper use is actually lacking… There are many classes on Photoshop and pricing and marketing, but we need to learn the basics first!

I would say I lack training with studio lighting techniques. I think its an important aspect to learn even if I mainly shoot natural light. I’d love to learn more!
I think I’m lacking some of the techy side to the camera settings…I know some of it, but I would love to be more confident in all areas of my camera
Pricing and how to price appropriately.
Composure
I feel like I lack bravery, to do something different and really strike out on my own as an artist
I really need help in out door photography. I have got indoor natural light now but my out door sessions are really lacking.
Lighting, particularly indoor lighting…the thought of doing indoor photography actually scares me.
I need some help with posing adults, families and couples.

I would like to learn more about off camera flash.

I believe my weaknesses lie in posing my subjects (in portraits) and communicating refinements in the pose to them.

The biggest thing I lack is editing and knowing about skin tone. Have a hard time being consistent also.
I think the biggest thing that has been lacking in my photography training (not teaching, learning) is interaction with clients (gaining clients, finding out what they want, posing, etc.) If I could sit in with another photographer to see how they interact with their clients, that would be a great learning experience.
I feel I am lackingin telling people how to pose.

I need to learn how to better use different light sources to achieve in-camera effects and correct exposure.

I think I would really benefit from an intensive one-on-one or small group session with a professional photographer. There is only so much you can learn from books and free articles!
Please!
Marketing
I know a little about lot, but would like to know a lot more! The technical side is what I crave to know more of!
What aspect of my photography training do I feel is lacking? Lighting. Natural lighting is not an issue but studio lighting is.
