Project MCP’s second week has been a great success! Tons of gorgeous challenge photos have been flooding the Flickr gallery everyday, which made it even harder to choose only a few favorites for the Natural Light Challenge (March, Challenge #2). Here are a few of the Project MCP team’s favorites:

Keep the Natural Light photos coming, you have all month to complete the 4 March challenges, so snap away!

The challenge for Week 3 is to capture a photo that illustrates the word “transition”. I am not sure about you, but I have drawn a blank. I decided to go literal and looked up the word “transition” in the dictionary and here is what I found:

noun

1. movement, passage, or change from one position, state,stage, subject, concept, etc., to another; change: thetransition from adolescence to adulthood.

2. Music .

a.  a passing from one key to another; modulation.
b.  a brief modulation; a modulation used in passing.
c.  a sudden, unprepared modulation.
3. a passage from one scene to another by sound effects, music, etc., as in a television program, theatrical production,or the like.
verb (used without object)
4.  to make a transition
I am still stumped, but hopeful that the definition may inspire some of you to capture the perfect picture of a transition occurring around you. We cannot wait to see your shots.
Please remember to tag your photos with the Month and Challenge # when posting to the Flickr account. If you are just joining us this week, you can return to the main Project MCP Page to review the project “rules and regulations”.
