Not too long ago, I was able to answer all of your emails personally. Now, it's just not possible. I have mixed feelings about that - it's great to be busy but I'm not able to give thorough answers anymore because of the volume.

To solve this, I have created detailed FAQ sections on my site. Prior to emailing questions, please read the following (they will do a good job at answering most questions):

If your answers are not found and you want to try to get immediate answers to your questions, you can:

• Search or post to the MCP Fan Page on Facebook : You may ask questions in the "discussion area" or directly on the "wall." My hope is that photographers can help each other here, and I'll also post some answers as time permits.
• Join a photography forum as they are often filled with many people eager and willing to help. Here are two forums I recommend and visit: Clickinmoms and Phaunt Forum.
• 
  If you are wanting feedback to before and after plays, please continue to share with me by posting to the MCP Flickr group. I approve these submissions weekly and if you include permission for me to use them, along with step-by-step instructions, you may just see them in a future Blueprint on my blog.

In addition to the FAQs and the MCP Blog, I teach online Photoshop group workshops and conduct one-on-one Photoshop private trainings. I highly recommend NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals). It is a valuable resource for learning Photoshop, as they have thousands of videos, a help desk where you can email questions, and even amazing discounts.
